Roasted Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients:
1 small head of cauliflower (3 cups)
4 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp cilantro leaves
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, 1/2 tsp cumin, and pepper and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes. Let cool.
Once the cauliflower is cool, add all of your ingredients to your blender and puree.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with veggies.
