Avocado Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
10 oz. – Finely Diced Chicken (Cooked)
1/2 c. – 2% Plain Greet Yogurt
3 oz. – Chopped Avocado
1/2 tsp. – Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. – Salt
1/8 tsp. – Black Pepper
1 tbsp + 1 tsp – Lime Juice
1/4 c. – Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
Directions:
– Combine ALL ingredients in medium sized bowl
– Serve with your favorite greens
I love to do mine with Romaine Lettuce Boats!
