Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients:
* 2 tbsp butter (4 healthy fats)
* 2 tsp garlic minced (2 condiments)
* 1 tsp dried sage (1/2 condiment)
* 1 cup chicken broth (1 condiment)
* 2 Wedges light Laughing Cow Cheese (2 condiments)
* 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded (4 condiments)
* 24 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded (4 leaners)
* 4 cups (10.92 oz) spaghetti squash, cooked (8 greens)
* 1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)
* 1/2 tsp ground pepper (1 condiment)
* 2 tbsp Parsley (optional garnish) (1/2 condiment)
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sage and cook for about one minute.
3. Whisk in the chicken broth.
4. Stir in the laughing cow cheese and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti squash and the cooked, shredded chicken. Cook until heated through.
6. Taste the chicken alfredo spaghetti squash. Then, season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
