Quick Pickled Radish and Cucumber Salad
Serves 2
Per serving- 3 greens, .75 condiments
Ingredients
1.5 cups Radishes, sliced thin
1.5 cups Cucumbers, sliced thin
White vinegar- 2 tablespoons
Red pepper flakes- 1/2tsp
Black pepper- a couple good shakes of the shaker.
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Shake. Let sit for atleast 5 minutes. Enjoy!
