Tuna Salad!
This is a complete lean and green meal consisting of:
1 lean, 3 greens, 1 1/2 healthy fats and 3 condiments.
• 5oz white tuna in water (2/3 lean)
• 1 hard boiled egg (1/3 lean)
• 50g diced celery (1 green)
• 1 large sweet bell pepper (or 149g) (2 greens)
• 2T Lite Mayo (11/2healthy fats)
• 1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)
• 1/4 tsp Everything but the bagel seasoning (1 condiment)
• 1/8 tsp black pepper (1 condiment)
