Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake

Add 3 greens per serving to make a complete LG

In order to make this a compliant LG, use:
*39oz cooked* chicken breast (~58.5oz raw)
*6oz reduced fat* Swiss or mozzarella
*9 tbsp light* mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375. Pat chicken dry and place in a 9×13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Place the cheese on top of the chicken breasts. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread overtop the chicken breast. Bake for 45 minutes
