Roasted Turkey

Time to think about roasted turkey πŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒHerb-roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients:
21 oz boneless turkey breast (white meat), raw (2 leaners)
2 cups (7.12 oz) celery, chopped (4 greens)
1 cup (3.04 oz) sliced Portabello mushrooms (2 greens)
2 Tbsp onion, diced (2 condiments)
1 tsp poultry seasoning (1 condiments)
1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper (1/2 condiment)
1⁄2 cup low-sodium chicken broth (1/2 condiment)
1⁄2 tsp onion powder (1 condiment)
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp minced garlic (1 condiment)
1 tbsp butter or 2 tsp canola oil (2 healthy fats)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350Β° F.

Mix butter/oil with herbs and seasonings.

Place turkey breasts in medium roasting pan. Coat herb butter/oil mixture over turkey breasts.

Place celery, onions, and sliced mushrooms around turkey breasts.

Pour chicken broth into roasting pan.

Roast for 45–60 minutes or until internal temperature of turkey breasts reaches 170Β° F.

If cooking turkey breasts
with skin on, remove skin prior to eating.
