Cheesy Egg Chips
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
2 tbsp low fat shredded cheese of your flavor choice
½ tbsp water
10 sprays non-stick spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan. Whisk together your egg whites and water. With a syringe, fill each muffing cup with approx. 2.5 ml of the egg white mixture, needs to be just enough to cover the bottom. Sprinkle a small pinch of cheese onto each egg white. Bake for 15 minutes to acquire a good crunch without burning, but check every couple of minutes to make sure. Remove from oven once they are at your preferred crunch, and enjoy!
Per egg white, you should get about 4 chips
Makes 1 serving
Per serving: 2.5 ounces of protein, 2 condiments
