Air-Fryer Jicama Fries

No ketchup necessary. They’re THAT good

Air-Fryer Jicama Fries

Ingredients:
1 cup peeled jicama spears (about 5 oz.)
1/8 tsp. salt, or more to taste

Directions:
Soak jicama spears in a bowl of lightly salted water for 30 min. Drain water and place it in the air fryer in a single layer. Lightly spray with nonstick spray.

Set the air fryer to 365 degrees. Cook until golden brown and crispy, 25 – 30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Serving size 1 cup = 2 greens, .5 condiment
