Cheesy Broccoli Bread Sticks
Ingredients:
3 Cups riced broccoli (6 Greens)
*4 Tablespoons egg beaters (1 1/3 Condiments)
1 1/2 Cups reduced fat mozzarella cheese, divided (1 1/2 Leans)
1/4 Cup reduced fat parmesan cheese (2 Condiments)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (1/2 Condiment)
1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano leaves (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 Teaspoon salt (1 Condiment)
1/4 Teaspoon pepper (1/2 Condiment)
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley (1/4 Condiment)
3/4 Cup Rao’s marinara sauce, divided (3 Greens)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Microwave riced broccoli for 1 minute to steam. Carefully ring out extra moisture from the broccoli using paper towel or cheese cloth.
Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg beaters, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Transfer dough to baking sheet and shape into a thin, round crust.
Bake until golden and dried out, 20 minutes. Top with with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes more. Garnish with parsley. Divide into 3 portions and serve each serving with 1/4 cup warm marinara sauce.
